About the Founder

Neo Lu (鲁嘉洺), founder of NEOLINE Global Education, is an innovative leader in education. He holds a degree from the Communication University of China, an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, and is pursuing a PhD at Malaysia University of Technology. With cross-cultural experience from working at MTV and iQIYI, Neo began his education entrepreneurship in 2018, founding NEOLINE in 2021 to transform study abroad consulting.

As a leading Singapore education blogger and EdTech pioneer, Neo is creating a borderless educational ecosystem, providing students with global learning opportunities and helping them succeed on the international stage.
